*Why we do things is important than how we do things.*
looking around, many of us are busy in achieving perfection in what we are doing, some of us achieve the proficiency and many of us struggle with it. The closest possible way to achieve success in this is to get clarity on the purpose of what we are doing, in short, one should know 'why he is doing it'. If the answer to this gives energy, the willpower could drive the course of action, in the opposite case, one will continue to struggle due to lack of inner motivation. Work started for a big and well-defined cause will bring us on the route of happiness and whether we perfectly reach our desired destination or not, we will enjoy the whole journey.

आजूबाजूला पाहताना, आपल्यापैकी बरेचजण आपण करीत असलेल्या कामात परिपूर्णता प्राप्त करण्यात व्यस्त आहेत, आपल्यातील काही त्यात प्राविण्य प्राप्त करतात आणि बरेच लोक याकरिता संघर्ष करत राहतात. अश्यावेळी यश मिळवण्याचा सर्वात जवळचा संभाव्य मार्ग म्हणजे आपण काय करीत आहोत या उद्देशाचे सुस्पष्ट उत्तर. थोडक्यात, ' आपण एखादी गोष्ट का करीत आहोत' हे आपल्याला माहीत असले पाहिजे. जर या प्रश्नाच्या उत्तरा मुळे आपल्याला ऊर्जा मिळाली तर इच्छाशक्ती पुढचा मार्ग सोपा करेल.आणि विरूध्द उत्तर असेल तर काम करण्याची अंतर्गत प्रेरणा नसल्यामुळे संघर्ष सुरूच राहील. एका मोठ्या आणि सुस्पष्ट कारणासाठी सुरू केलेले कार्य आपल्याला आनंदाच्या मार्गावरून पुढे घेवून जाईल आणि आपल्या इच्छित धेय्या पर्यंत व्यवस्थित पोहोचू अथवा नाही, मात्र संपूर्ण प्रवासाच मात्र आनंद पूर्ण होईल.
