But if you want to stand alone and create an independent identity, you have to walk alone and give up the feeling of security and make self-confidence your companion. Standing alone is not the same as opposing the crowd, but not having to rely on others and having the courage to make your own way.

*बऱ्याचदा ओळख निर्माण करायची असेल तर गर्दीपासून वेगळे व्हावे लागते*
गर्दीत सामील होणे म्हणजे सुरक्षित राहणे.
मात्र एकटे उभे राहून स्वतंत्र ओळख निर्माण करायची असल्यास एकटे चालावे लागेल आणि सुरक्षिततेच्या भावनेचा त्याग करून आत्मविश्वासाला सोबती बनवावे लागेल. एकटे उभे राहणे म्हणजे गर्दीचा विरोध करणे असेच नव्हे, तर आपली विचारसरणी इतरांवर विसंबून न ठेवणे आणि स्वतःचा मार्ग स्वतः बनवण्याचे धैर्य बाळगणे.
