To be self-empowered, one should put aside all the unnecessary beliefs. The biggest unnecessary trash is 'you are weak'. Just as a drop of oil does not leave its dense form and maintains its existence, similarly we should not dissolve our inner strength. आत्मशक्ती प्राप्त करण्याची सुरुवात प्रथम अनावश्यक गोष्ठी बाजूला सारून केली जावी. सर्वात मोठी अनावश्यक अन् खोटी गोष्ट म्हणजे 'तूम्ही कमकुवत आहात'. जसा तेलाचा थेंब स्वतः च्या घट्ट स्वरूपाला सोडत नाही अन् आपले अस्तित्व टिकवून ठेवतो, तसेच आपल्या ठाई असलेल्या आंतरिक शक्तीचा विसर पडता कामा नये. ही आंतरिक शक्ती प्रत्येकाला जन्मतःच प्राप्त असते, मात्र नंतर मानसिक विकासा दरम्यान तिला बाजूला सारून एक कमकुवतपणाचा खोटा थर मनावर साचू लागतो. त्याला बाजूला सारुयात.
