एक गोष्ट जी पूर्णपणे तुमच्याच हातात आहे ती म्हणजे स्वतःच. आपण कसे असावे हे जर तुम्ही ठरवत असाल तर तुम्ही प्रत्येक क्षणी तय्यार असाल. आपण मात्र आपले लक्ष बाहेरील गोष्टीना सुसज्ज करण्यावरच संपूर्ण केंद्रित करतो. स्वतःला मानसिक शारीरिक आणि इतर बाबतीत सक्षम करण्यावर भर दिला जावा.
