When we involve absolutely, the mind becomes concentrated and all the energies come together which is the first step of spiritual progress. As Swami Vivekananda said, kicking a football is more spiritual than praying. Because the level of concentration of the mind is elevated to the next level while playing.
We can experience our energy through higher awareness which can happen only when we are in the same state of absolute involvement, playing sport is one of the easiest and highest ways to experience this.

कोणत्याही गोष्टीत सम्पूर्ण सहभाग साधल्यास मन एकाग्र होते आणि सगळ्या उर्जा एकवटतात, आत्मिक प्रगतीची हीच पहिली पायरी. स्वामी विवेकानंदांनी म्हटल्या प्रमाणे, फुटबॉलला किक मारताना तुम्ही जास्त अध्यात्मिक असता ज्यावेळी प्रार्थना करत असता त्या पेक्षा. कारण खेळते वेळी मनाच्या एकाग्रतेचा स्थर उंचावलेला असतो. अन् ह्याच अवस्थेत
उच्च जगृक्तेच्या माध्यमातून आपल्या उर्जा अनुभवता येवू शकतात. म्हणुन कोणताही खेळ खेळून याची अनुभूती घेणे हाच सर्वोच्च पर्याय आहे.
