Whether it is a problem or happiness, the actual experience is created within us. This experience has nothing to do with the outside world. But we connect its relationship with outer world only on a mental level. This means that most of the time our reaction is the only thing that can cause or solve the problem. It is impossible to manage 100% of the external world, but it is 100% in your hands to control your internal reactions. The question of how much we take it into our own hands is different.

*इतरांना आपल्या समस्येचे कारण समजणाऱ्यांच्या समस्या कधीच संपत नाहीत*
समस्या असो किंवा आनंद प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव मात्र आपल्या अंतर्गतच निर्मीत होत असतो. बाह्य जगाशी हया अनुभवाचा काहीच संबंध प्रत्यक्षात नसतो. मात्र हा संबंध ही आपण मानसिक स्थरावरच जोडत असतो. म्हणजेच बहुतांश वेळेस आपली प्रतिक्रिया ही एकच गोष्ट समस्येचं कारण किंवा निरसन बनू शकते. बाह्य जगताचे १००% व्यवस्थापन करणे अशयक्यच, मात्र आपली अंतर्गत क्रिया प्रतिक्रीया नियंत्रित करणे १००% आपल्याच हातात आहे. आपण ते कितपत आपल्या हातात घेतो हा प्रश्न वेगळा आहे.
