याच मुख्य कारण म्हणजे ठळक उद्येशा शिवाय शिस्त बाहेरून लादली गेल्यास पडणारा फरक तकलादू असतो, मात्र जिवनाचा उद्देश गाठण्यासाठी निर्माण झालेली अत्मशिस्त आतून निर्माण होत असल्याने ती दीर्घकाळ टिकते.
